O EP original tinha apenas 6 faixas, esta versão em CD tem mais 6, da demo Born to Kill, ambos de 1989. As covers de Slayer e Anthrax foram gravadas na sala de Silvio Golfetti e produzidas pelo seu irmão Fabio Golfetti (Violeta de Outono, Gong, etc). Duas das faixas gravadas acabaram sendo incluídas no álbum seguinte, Mass Illusion, Insane (depois com nova letra, Beyond the Limits of Insanity ) e Living in Pain.
